The guides, articles and other content on this site are for general information. They are not legal, financial or medical advice. Search engines, ad platforms and AI tools change often, so results and figures we mention may change after publication.

Our services

We provide website design and development, SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media, local SEO and branding. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing before work starts.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings, AI citations, ad performance and lead volumes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform decisions, competition and your own offer and pricing. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing or revenue. We commit to doing the agreed work carefully and reporting on results honestly.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content and access needed to do the work, and to confirm that you own or have permission to use material you supply (text, images, logos, trademarks).

Payment

Fees and payment schedules are set out in the proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, plugins, stock media and advertising spend are separate unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you own the final deliverables that are paid for in full. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries and pre-existing materials, and may reuse general know-how. This website and its content belong to KhatooTech and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms (for example Google, Meta, WordPress and hosting providers). Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KhatooTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
