AI & Automation

AI Chatbots, WhatsApp Automation & Voice Agents

Answer enquiries instantly, qualify leads automatically and get every lead into your CRM, without hiring a night shift. We build practical automations for clinics, education consultants and local businesses, connected to the websites and ads that bring the leads in.

What We Build

Automation That Fits How You Actually Get Leads

We start with where your enquiries come from and what happens to them today, then automate the slow or leaky steps.

Website AI Chatbots

A chat assistant on your website that answers common questions from your approved information, collects name, phone and requirement, and hands complex questions to your team.

WhatsApp Business Automation

Instant replies, menu flows, appointment requests, reminders and broadcast campaigns through the official WhatsApp Business API, with a shared inbox for your team.

Click-to-WhatsApp Ad Flows

Meta ads that open a WhatsApp chat, a short qualifying flow, and the completed lead sent to your CRM with the ad it came from.

AI Voice Agents

A voice assistant that answers or returns calls, handles routine questions such as timings, location and services, takes callback details and passes everything else to a person.

Lead & CRM Automation

Website forms, ads, WhatsApp and calls all flowing into one CRM or Google Sheet, with instant team alerts, duplicate checks and source tracking.

Follow-Up Sequences

Automatic WhatsApp, SMS or email follow-ups for missed calls, unanswered enquiries, appointment reminders and review requests.

Why It Matters

Most Lost Leads Aren’t Lost To Competitors. They’re Lost To Slow Replies.

When someone fills in a form or messages you at 10 pm, they are often messaging two or three other businesses at the same time. The one that replies first, and asks the right next question, usually gets the conversation.

Most businesses don’t need a futuristic AI system. They need every enquiry answered in seconds, the important details collected, and the lead placed somewhere a person will actually see it. That is what we build: simple, reliable automations that support your team rather than replace it.

Because we also build websites and run Google and Meta ads, the automation is connected to where your leads start, so you can see which ad or page produced each enquiry.

Who It’s For

Is Automation Worth It For Your Business?

A good fit if you…

  • get enquiries from ads, your website or WhatsApp faster than your team can reply
  • answer the same ten questions every day (fees, timings, eligibility, location)
  • lose track of leads across WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets and email
  • run clinics, education or immigration consulting, coaching, real estate or local services

Probably not yet if…

  • you get a handful of enquiries a week and can answer them all personally
  • your services, prices or policies aren’t written down anywhere yet. That needs to come first
  • you want a bot to give medical, legal or financial advice. It shouldn’t
Example Flow

What A Typical WhatsApp Lead Flow Looks Like

StepWhat happens
1. EnquirySomeone taps a Meta ad, a website WhatsApp button or a QR code and sends a message
2. Instant replyAn automatic greeting arrives within seconds, with simple options or a free-text question
3. QualifyThe flow asks 2–4 questions you choose (service, city, preferred time, budget or eligibility)
4. AnswerCommon questions are answered from your approved information; anything else is flagged for a person
5. Hand-overThe completed lead goes to your CRM or sheet with its source, and your team gets an alert
6. Follow upIf nobody books, a polite reminder goes out later. Opt-outs are respected automatically

Every flow is tested with real phones before launch, including the awkward cases: wrong inputs, voice notes, people who reply days later, and people who just want a human.

Done Responsibly

Guardrails We Build In

  • Approved answers only. The AI answers from information you sign off, not from guesses. Prices and policies come from your own text.
  • Clear hand-over. People can always reach a human, and sensitive topics go straight to your team.
  • Consent and opt-outs. WhatsApp marketing messages only go to people who opted in, using Meta-approved templates, and “stop” requests are honoured.
  • Data in your accounts. The WhatsApp API account, CRM and sheets are set up in your business’s name, so you keep your data and can switch providers.
  • Honest disclosure. Callers and chat users are told they are talking to an automated assistant.
How We Work

From Messy Inbox To Automated Pipeline

1

Map

We review where leads come from, what you ask them and where they get lost.

2

Build

Flows, AI answers, CRM connection and alerts set up on your own accounts.

3

Test

Real-phone testing of every path, including edge cases and hand-over to a human.

4

Improve

We review real conversations and drop-offs, then tighten questions and answers.

Pricing

What Affects The Cost

  • Channels: website chat, WhatsApp, voice, or all three.
  • Number of flows and how many questions and branches each has.
  • Integrations: CRM, Google Sheets, booking calendar, email or your own software.
  • Message and call volume, which drives platform and AI usage costs.

Platform costs (the WhatsApp API provider, Meta’s conversation charges, telephony and AI usage) are paid directly by you to those providers. Our fee covers design, build, testing and optional ongoing support, agreed in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a chatbot and an AI chatbot?
A rule-based chatbot follows fixed menus and buttons. An AI chatbot uses a language model to understand free-text questions and answer from your own approved information. Most business setups combine both: AI for questions, fixed steps for collecting details and booking.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For automation at scale, yes. The free WhatsApp Business app is fine for manual replies, but automated flows, chatbots, team inboxes and click-to-WhatsApp ad tracking need the API through an official provider. We help you choose and set one up in your business’s name.
Will the AI make things up about my business?
It can if it is set up loosely, which is why we limit answers to information you approve (services, timings, policies), add clear hand-over rules to a human, and test common and tricky questions before launch. It should never give medical, legal or financial advice or quote prices you haven’t approved.
Can the bot send leads to my CRM or Google Sheet?
Yes. Completed conversations can create a lead in your CRM, a row in Google Sheets, an email to your team, or all three, with the source (ad, website, WhatsApp) kept so you know where each lead came from.
What does it cost?
There are two parts: our one-time setup fee (plus optional monthly support), and the platform costs you pay directly, such as the WhatsApp API provider’s plan, Meta’s per-conversation charges and AI usage. We quote after understanding your flows and expected message volume.
How long does setup take?
A website or WhatsApp lead bot with a CRM connection usually takes one to two weeks, including testing. Voice agents and multi-step workflows take longer because of call testing and integrations. WhatsApp API approval by Meta can add a few days.
